Policies on returns:

Because we are a small studio, each piece is handcrafted and custom made and not eligible for returns. If there is ever a problem with your garment, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss options for replacement or for return for store credit or refund--depending on the item.

All returns should be mailed unworn or used within 7 business days of receiving item. 

Additionally, garment trims and laces may vary from piece to piece. Every effort will be taken to make sure a close match is used or an exact match is used for sister sets though this is never a guarantee. 

Hand embroidery will vary from piece to piece as each seamstress has their own way of hand embroidering. We view this as character and not as flaws. Embrace the differences from piece to piece as it makes them unique!

We urge you to read store policies and size charts carefully before ordering. Sizing can differ drastically from piece to piece as we use a variety of different pattern designers. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As soon as it has left the Little Pink Carousel studio and scanned into the postal system, a lost package will have to be claimed lost with the US Postal Service. 

At this time we are unable to change addresses to ship items out after the order has been placed so please order carefully!
